Workshop Goals:
- To conduct thorough assessment of how MOTTEP currently involves its volunteers in central and eastern VA.
- To develop a system of practices which strengthen MOTTEP’s ability to mobilize and deploy its volunteer resources toward specific organizational projects
- To facilitate an operational culture that supports highly effective volunteer involvement as a valued strategy for addressing MOTTEP’s mission and priorities
