Become A Donor
To sign up to become a donor, you can either visit save7lives.org or indicate your choice on your application at the DMV. Your choice will be noted on the front of your license or ID card. It is always a good idea to let your family know about your decision, as well.
You must be at least 18 years old to be an organ donor. If you are younger than 18, you must get your parent or guardian's written permission.
